OLD PAGE :CAR GUARDS – LINDEN CBD MANAGEMENT

With the support of a group of Linden businesses, and in partnership with SAPS , the Community Policing Forum (CPF), and the Linden Community Association, we have:

• Improved the presence and coordination of our car guards.
• Helped to significantly lower incidents of vehicle theft in key business areas.
• Reduced vagrancy and public harassment.

With more support we can really build on these gains.

The guards help create an environment where you can park, enjoy a coffee, and walk around the area with greater peace of mind.

While some businesses contirbute toward this initiative, not all businesses are able to, which means the project is currently underfunded.

To keep this system running and growing, we rely on support from residents and visitors.

Every contribution helps maintain a visible, friendly presence in Linden and supports the people who help make the area safer and more enjoyable for everyone.
